Pyogenic Granuloma of the Eyelid (video)

Here you can see a pyogenic granuloma that has formed on the inner surface of the lower eyelid. Despite the name, these growths are neither “pyogenic” nor are they truly “granuloma.”
Here you can see a pyogenic granuloma that has formed on the inner eyelid. These are common and often occur at the site of a chalazion or prior sutures from conjunctiva or eyelid surgery.
This granuloma is hiding!
