but i would ask about the principle of removal this granuloma is it the same as chalizion remove isnt! thanks
Jacoub, these granulomas will often shrink with steroid drops … but when they get this size, I typically cut them off. If there is an underlying chalazion, I’ll also drain that.
How are the little nodules removed and do require stitches ?

Thanks for videos.i have been a nurse for 12 years, but recently took a job with an ophthalmologist, and basically feel like I know nothing!! Your videos have made me laugh, and feel like there’s hope for me yet 🙂
I came across something like this today in the clinic…I was told it was accompanied with infection and medications was given that clears off the infection but this growth that doesnt look like chalazion or style was still there and the patient was told to use warm compress
So am asking,would warm compress eliminate the growth ?
