Corneal Thinning – Dellen Stain (Photo)
While impressive thinning can occur, and even perforation, generally these lesions do well with aggressive lubrication. They also don’t usually stain with fluorescein, like in this photo, though it’s not always easy to determine this as the thinning tends to pool the stain.
