Trabeculotomy Surgery Technique (Video)
This video shows the surgical technique for performing the glaucoma trabeculotomy surgery. This procedure involves cannulating Schlemm’s canal externally and ripping into the anterior chamber to improve overall drainage. This treatment is primarily done for primary congenital glaucoma, especially with corneal clouding that would preclude goniotomy.
In this video, the surgeon creates a square flap prior to the “scratch-down.”
Hi! I want to see video operations

closure angle glaucoma
i am greatful to dr root.really i am benifitted with your amazing videos
i want to download any vedio related to glaucoma surgery
Ibrahim, I don’t have any glaucoma surgery videos available for download. I don’t perform glaucoma surgery (at least, rarely) so haven’t put anything online. The few glaucoma surgeries here are youtube embeds and don’t belong to me. There is a pretty good article here on the process of saving youtube vids:

Good luck! Tim Root
This is really very confusing. No commentary, surgeon’s fingers in way of video and not quite sure what exactly is being done in this very precise procedure .
Other videos of trabeculotomy are better.
