Diabetic Retinopathy Review

A pretty good review of diabetic retinopathy. This video appears to be some kind of branding video … the doctor at the beginning is obviously reading from a teleprompter.

Even so, it is a pretty good review of proliferative retinopathy and covers the mechanism behind neovascularization and some of the common treatments used (PRP, anti-VEGF, vitrectomy).   Starts getting good around 4 minutes in.
